The CFE deals with two different activities:
The technical work regarding tax matters are carried out in the CFE Fiscal Committee and the work related to professional and regulatory matters are carried out in the CFE Professional Affairs Committee.
The two committees developes Opinion Statements in their fields, which are transmitted to the European Commission, other bodies of the European Union as well as to governments and interested public.
The Fiscal Committee organizes an annual Forum every spring, where pressing technical tax issues are discussed. The Professional Affairs Committee organizes an annual Conference every autumn, where subjects of great importance for the tax adviser profession are debated.
